COOKING DIRECTIONS:
- Clean and wash your tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic. Blend them into a smooth puree.
- Cook the puree in a pot until water dries and the sourness reduces.
- Add vegetable oil in a pan, sauté diced onions and garlic until translucent, then add tomato puree, chicken broth, seasoning, spices, herbs and salt (if your sauce is already salty, you may not need to add extra salt)
- Allow to simmer until it is thick and the liquid is dried to your liking. Set aside.
- Then, wash, season, boil and fry your chicken in little oil.
- To make your Pizza dough; in a large bowl, mix in flour, salt and vegetable oil.
- In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon sugar to very warm water, stir in yeast and let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the yeast to proof. Add the yeast to your flour mixture and mix with a bit of water till you get a stretchy, non-sticky dough. Add flour and mix in if it’s too sticky.
- Place dough in a bowl and cover with a damp cloth for 1-2 hours to allow it rise and get a fluffier crust.
- Then, place dough on a lightly floured surface and roll into a thin disc. Transfer to a lightly greased pizza/baking pan.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the surface of your dough; add the grated cheese, chicken, black olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and any topping you choose to use. Add more cheese if you want.
- Bake in a preheated oven at about 550°F/280°C for about 10-15 minutes till the crust is browned and the cheese melts.
- Your Pizza is ready! Slice and serve.
