There’s something totally satisfying about making homemade waffles. A delicious combo of warm and fluffy and golden and crunchy, waffles are our favorite way to wake up in the morning, particularly a Saturday morning. With just a few pantry staples and a waffle iron, you’ll be able to perfect this waffle recipe in no time.

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups warm milk

1/3 cup Nosak Famili vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, Nosak family vegetable oil and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.

Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
